  • Working one-to-one, we explore your inner world: the dreams that recur, the relationships that trigger something in you, the transitions that shake your sense of self. We pay attention to what your psyche is trying to tell you.

    People often come for:

    • Feeling stuck in repeating patterns

    • Having existential or philosophical questions

    • Experiencing emotional conflicts or confusion

    • Burnout or depletion

    • Major life transitions and changes in identity

    • Grief, loss, or anxiety

    • Curiosity about the meaning of their dreams

    • Searching for clarity and direction

    • Deepening understanding of themselves and their relationships

  • For Two People

When two people come together for analytical work, we explore the relational dynamic: what each brings, how patterns show up between you, and what the relationship is asking you both to understand about yourselves.

I offer couples sessions in collaboration with a colleague. Together, we create a contained space where both of you can be heard, understood, and challenged in service of deeper connection.

    Couples work can address:

    • Communication patterns and recurring conflicts

    • Deepening intimacy and understanding

    • Navigating differences in values or life direction

    • Supporting each other through transitions

    • Exploring the psychological roots of relational tension

    • Strengthening connection during challenging periods

  • Working With Your Dreams

Dreams have always held a special place in Jungian work. Jung believed that dreams were direct messages from the deepest parts of yourself. In our work together, we give your dreams serious attention—not to "decode" them with a dream dictionary, but because your dreams are speaking to you in the language of symbol and image.

Your dreams are produced by your own psyche. When you dream, you bypass the logical mind and enter into dream logic. In dreams, you can experience things, feel things, understand things that your waking mind might resist. Dreams show you what matters. They show you what you're struggling with. They show you possibilities you haven't considered.

If you bring your dreams to sessions, we'll explore them together with curiosity. We notice the images, the feelings, the atmosphere. We ask questions. Over time, you'll start to recognize the symbols that are meaningful in your inner world. You'll learn to listen to yourself.
