Beginning inner work often starts with finding someone to be with you in it
I'm an analytical psychopractitioner offering individual and couples sessions from a Jungian perspective. I work online and near Geneva, in English, French, and Swedish.
I came to this work after nearly twenty years in global development and communications, including a decade at the United Nations.
That work taught me to listen closely, to hold complexity, and to find meaning across cultures and communities. I bring that same attention now to the individual—not to shape someone into something new, but to help what they already carry find its fuller form.
I'm currently a diploma candidate in psychoanalysis at the C.G. Jung Institute Zürich. I also hold a Master's degree in Media and Cultural Studies and am trained as a coach.
Outside of my practice, I enjoy reading, writing, time with my family and walks with my mischievous dog.
MY APPROACH
My approach is grounded in Jungian psychology, or what is also called Analytical Psychology.
This means I pay careful attention to both the conscious and the unconscious life: relationships, recurring patterns, complexes, dreams, images and symbols.
I'm also attuned to the practical, relational, and cultural forces that shape your everyday choices—family dynamics, leadership roles, the identities you hold in the world.
In our sessions, we reflect together and, when helpful, work creatively through drawing, writing, or dream exploration. You bring your experience; I bring trained attention and psychological understanding.
Our aim is not quick fixes but subtle, lasting change.
The jungian perspective
ANALYTICAL PSYCHOLOGY IS BASED ON SEVERAL CORE PRINCIPLES:
Your unconscious is not your enemy. It's not only a repository of repressed trauma to be conquered. Rather, it's an intelligent, creative force with its own wisdom. Your dreams, your patterns, even your suffering, are all trying to tell you something.
Meaning matters more than symptom relief. Rather than asking "How do I make this anxiety go away?" we ask "What is this trying to show me about myself?
Growth happens through integration. We don't try to eliminate the "bad" parts of ourselves but instead bring them into relationship. When you understand and integrate the parts you've rejected or hidden, you become less divided.
Your life has symbolic dimension. Dreams, fantasies, the patterns you notice and even relationships are invitations to understand yourself more deeply.
